Online Registration
Before you start the registration and payment, please read the statement below:
Regular Registration Fee Includes:
- Present a paper (Oral or Poster)
- Participation in the technical program
- Publishing one paper in the proceedings (indexed by Scopus)
- Lunch & Coffee breaks
- Banquet
- Conference bag and document
- Welcome reception
Regular Registration Fee of the Second Paper Includes:
- Present a paper (If the oral method is selected for the first paper, please select poster for the second paper.)
- Participation in the technical program
- Publishing one paper in the proceedings (indexed by Scopus)
Regular Registration Fee for online presentations Includes:
- Present a paper (Oral or Poster)
- Participation in the technical program
- Publish paper indexed by Scopus. (Online oral presentation: Authors will be contacted and requested to do an online meeting with the conference staff first for a technical check-up.) (Online poster presentation: Please upload the poster file on the poster submission website.)

Payment Information
All registration fees must be paid in full before the applicable registration deadline. Participants are encouraged to complete payment as early as possible to secure their place at SSIM 2026.
Accepted Payment Methods
The conference accepts the following payment methods:

- Online Payment System
Detailed payment instructions will be provided through the online registration system.
Important Notes
- Registration is considered complete only after payment has been successfully received and verified.
- All bank transfer fees and transaction charges are the responsibility of the participant.
- A payment receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the Final Registration Deadline (December 10, 2026) for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.

Cancellation Policy
Participants who wish to cancel their registration must notify the Conference Secretariat in writing via email.
Refund Policy
On or Before October 25, 2026 (Early Registration Deadline)
A refund of 80% of the registration fee will be provided. Administrative and transaction charges will be deducted.
October 26 – December 10, 2026 (Final Registration Deadline)
A refund of 50% of the registration fee will be provided.
After December 10, 2026
No refunds will be issued.
Author Registration
For authors of accepted papers:
- Registration fees become non-refundable once the paper has been included in the conference program, proceedings preparation process, or publication workflow.
- Authors may substitute another presenter from the same paper upon approval by the conference organizers.
- A payment receipt will be issued upon confirmation of payment.
- At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration by the Final Registration Deadline (December 10, 2026) for the paper to be included in the conference program and proceedings.
Participant Substitution
Registration may be transferred to another participant upon written request and approval by the Conference Secretariat before December 10, 2026.
Force Majeure
The conference organizers reserve the right to modify the conference format, schedule, or arrangements due to circumstances beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, public health emergencies, government regulations, or other force majeure events.
Any refund decisions in such circumstances will be made in accordance with the financial commitments and obligations of the conference.
